Thomas has broad experience in designing and implementing succession planning, talent assessment and leadership development solutions to build leadership organisational capability. An LDN International Affiliate, Thomas takes a lead role in building client relationships and delivering projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Working across diverse industries, Thomas adopts a collaborative approach with key stakeholders to facilitate leadership outcomes aligned with the strategic priorities of the business.
Prior to joining LDN, Thomas was a Principal Consultant with the global provider of talent solutions, Korn/Ferry International, where he played a key role in the growth of the leadership consulting and advisory practice. He joined Korn/Ferry in 1999 as a consultant in the Industrial, Energy and Resources practice, focusing on executive recruitment.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts (Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University (Australia).
Thomas is certified in the latest tools from Korn Ferry and Hogan Assessment Systems, including the KF360®, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI),the Korn Ferry Leadership Potential Solution and Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Agile Leader 360 as well as Hogan High Performing Teams Assessment.
A Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Thomas is certified in Matrix Insights Discovery and Coaching in addition to being accredited in the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Results Coaching system.
