Thomas has broad experience in designing and implementing succession planning, talent assessment and leadership development solutions to build leadership organisational capability. As a principal at LDN International, Thomas takes a lead role in building client relationships and delivering projects across Australia, New Zealand and globally.
Working across diverse industries, Thomas adopts a collaborative approach with key stakeholders to facilitate leadership outcomes aligned with the strategic priorities of the business. These include the assessment of candidates for critical leadership roles, the coaching and onboarding of new leaders, and working with leadership teams to improve productivity and performance.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts (Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University (Australia).
Thomas is certified in the latest tools from Korn Ferry and Hogan Assessment Systems, including the KF360®, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), the Korn Ferry Leadership Potential Solution and Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Agile Leader 360 as well as Hogan High Performing Teams Assessment.
A Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Thomas is certified in Matrix Insights Discovery and Coaching in addition to being accredited in the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Results Coaching system and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
