Thomas Weiss


Thomas Weiss is an experienced leadership consultant with expertise in designing and implementing succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development solutions to build organisational leadership capability. As a Principal at LDN International, he takes a lead role in building client relationships and delivering projects in Australia, New Zealand, and globally.

Operating across diverse sectors, Thomas collaborates with key stakeholders to drive leadership outcomes that align with their strategic objectives. These initiatives encompass assessing candidates for critical leadership positions, coaching and guiding new leaders, and collaborating with leadership teams to enhance engagement and performance.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts (Honours) from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University (Australia).

He is certified in the latest tools from Korn Ferry and Hogan Assessment Systems, including the KF360®, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), the Korn Ferry Leadership Potential Solution and Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Agile Leader 360, and Hogan High-Performing Teams Assessment.

Thomas is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and is accredited in the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Results Coaching system.
