Having represented Korn Ferry through the independent Global Associate Network over a number of years, we maintain a close relationship with Korn Ferry’s leadership development specialists and thought leaders.
Holding Master Associate status, we are authorised to accredit practitioners in the use of Korn Ferry assessment and development tools, and we operate a Korn Ferry 360 processing centre.

We have designed talent development programs and delivered leadership programs for different regions of the world. The assessments we use are available in multiple languages.
Whilst we have travelled extensively in the past to work with clients, we have steadily increased our capacity for virtual delivery and, over the last eight years, have provided feedback and coaching to leaders in over 20 countries from Europe to the Americas.
