We work with our clients to ensure that development initiatives are designed to support their strategic priorities. We enjoy a high percentage of repeat business and many long-term relationships. Having represented Korn Ferry through the independent Global Associate Network over a number of years, we maintain a close relationship with Korn Ferry’s leadership development specialists and thought leaders. Holding Master Associate status, we are authorised to accredit practitioners in the use of Korn Ferry assessment and development tools, and we operate a Korn Ferry 360 processing centre. It has been our privilege to work with many leading organisations, local and global, in a range of industries. Having lived and worked in several countries, our team members are alert to and respectful of cultural differences. We have designed talent development programs and delivered leadership programs for different regions of the world. The assessments we use are available in multiple languages. Whilst we have travelled extensively in the past to work with clients, we have steadily increased our capacity for virtual delivery and, over the last eight years, have provided feedback and coaching to leaders in over 20 countries from Europe to the Americas.
